T/C 56 cal Big Boar ?

I came across a Big boar at my local ML shop.  I see 56 cal smoothbore talked about here alot.  Is the T/C big boar rifled or smooth.

I am not aware that TC made a BigBore in .56 smoothbore.  They did make a .56 smoothbore for the Renegade which is basically the same as the BigBore stock however. If I remember right the smoothbore barrels were stamped Renegade on them. The BigBore came in .58 caliber and has rifling for that big ball. 

Yes, the smoothbore barrels are smooth, no rifling.  The .56 cal. will either shoot a .550 roundball or shot and is .28 guage if you want to use it as a shotgun.

The" Big Boar", and the .56 caliber smooth bore, "Renegade", are two different muzzleloaders. The "Big Boar" has a .58 caliber, 1 in 48" twist barrel. The "Renegade" Smooth Bore, has a .56 caliber smooth bore. No rifling.

Just to add what I already answered is both the Renegade .50 and .54 and the BigBore .58 have 1" flats and are in the same stock.  I have the Renegade .54 which is pre QLA and is quite the roundball shooter, it will never be sold by me.

The .56 Renegade smooth bore was an attempt to comply with Mass. shotgun only deer hunting.
