Handi receiver on Gunbroker.com
« on: February 08, 2007, 05:02:26 PM »
I was surfing Gunbroker.com and noticed they have a handi receiver that is at $62 right now with 2 days left. The auction # is   65381134 if anyone wants to have a look. Charlie

It would have been nice if they took a little better pic so the serial number prefix was legible.

Thx for the heads up, Charlie!

No problem. What should a receiver like that go for? I was thinking around $125 including shipping and FFL fee would be about right.

I don't think I ever paid more than $100 shipped for one, and I've bought several.

If it is a centerfire reciever that H&R will add barrels to about $62 would be right if you had to pay shipping and a FFL. $75 tops plus shipping and a FFL. $125 is way to much....<><.... :)

Whatever the market will bear. Depends on how bad someone wants an action without buying a complete rifle. But it would be nice to know the serial number prefix. I'd have to have that before bidding on it.
