Whether the target is paper, a can, or whatever. The objective is the same- Put it where the hairs cross.

Stimpy,
Just so you know, most of the sites only show level 3 sex offenders. The person still could be a registered offender, and NOT show up on a site.
Whether the target is paper, a can, or whatever. The objective is the same- Put it where the hairs cross.

Being the father of a 7 yr old myself I understand where you are coming from.  Good luck and hopefully the rumors are unfounded.

I recently got involved with this subject. The guy down the road from me had his two girls "violated". The perp was convicted on a misdemeanor charge. The perp was classed as tier 1 or 2 and his name and location don't show up on State or National data bases.

From what I can gleen out of all this is that only the tier 3 types are listed.

Perhaps I just don't know how to dig deep enough, but I can't find any info on tier 1 or 2. I did get some info from my DA who said most offenders are in tier 1 or 2. The laws vary from State to State as does the "age of consent". In my State the age of consent is 16.

I have a problem with the way all this info is reported.

Reading these posts, got me to thinking. In the State of Ohio, after a person gets caught DUI, I believe after the second offense, the persons car/truck, gets a special liscense plate. It's too bad, that the legal system hasn't coime up with some way of marking these pervs. I know the aclu, and the rest of the politically correct idiots would scream bloody murder if we tried to tatoo or somehow mark these animals. I have 2 young boys, and if I ever caught somebody trying anything with them, Heaven help me, I would tatoo that person with my .45 cal. ink gun. We keep trying peace, it usually doesn't work!!
