Question about target throwers
«
on:

I'm looking for some advice.
My wife an I want to try skeet/trap shooting this spring. The trap & skeet ranges at our rifle club is only open on saturday, so I was considering buying a personal trap machine so we can practice at our convenience.
What would you recommend? I've seen throwers that shoot all 5 sizes, and some that only throw one. What should I look for, and what should I avoid?
Thanks.

For just you and your wife; I would recommed a Lincoln Falcon. It is a manual 3\4 cock machine that does not cost much. You all can pull for each other. Walking around and shooting from different angles and distances adds to the fun. Call R&R Sales and Service, speak to Butch or John. Tell um Chuck sent ya. 210-688-3165

Thanks. I'll check it out.
Do you know what size clays it throws? Also, what do you think about the Do-All traps? They have a couple of models that throw all 5 sizes in several configurations; ie, pairs, nest, & stacked.
