I traded for a savage 311r .12 guage 20" cylinder bored barrels. I would say this gun is 98% condition no rust barrels clean and shiny, a few very small dings in the stock. What year did savage stop making these? I seem to remember it was the early 90's, but I may be wrong. What are these going for these days ? A I said before, I traded for this one. I figure I have about 300.00 into it. Most that I have seen in my area ( few and far between as any one who has one usually hangs onto it, especially the 20 incher) usually sell for about 400.00 so I dont think I did too bad. Does anyone know serial # ranges for years of production? Thanks in advance.
