Federal Bureau of Investigation handgun cartridges Test

The FBI did tests RE: To  evaluate total penetration, expansion, and retained weight in bare gelatin, and gelatin shielded by common barriers, to find out if the handgun cartridge produces the tactical penetration required.

Anyone know if this test is on line?
