Almost any stock manufacturer can make a stock for a lefty, assuming you're talking about a 90% pre-turned stock.. I'd call Wenigs in Lincoln Missouri or GreatAmericanGunstocks, they're in California I believe. Both have websites and a Google on gunstock makers will provide links to many more.. The correct nomenclature for the rifle is M1917, the P14 is the British designation for the rifle in 303 caliber. In any case good luck..

Check the Brownells website. They have synthetic and laminated stocks many of which either are ambidexterouis or have a cheek piece that could easily be removed. Also Boyds makes laiminated stocks and would likely have something for the m1917.  Didn't realize there was a price limit. If the rifle hasn't been drilled and tapped or altered too much from the military, perhaps the best bet would be to rturn it to the military. Those stocks work for either lefties or right handed folks.. Or just sell the M1917 and by a Savage/stevens..

I just finished a 1917 with a dualgrip thumbhole from these folks. Turned out great, but try to nail them down on production time. I waited around 5 months for mine.  http://rifle-stocks.com/available_inventory.htm
