i just recieved my barrels from h and r yest. i had sent in my 204's reciever for barrel when wife asked what i wanted for christmas, also ordered a pentax gameseeker scope.  as birthday was last week i ordered a second barrel for that as they hadn't fit first one yet. Long story short got my 243 and 25-06 barrels yest. and the 243 has an ejector.  funny thing though, as both barrels were orderd as ultra's the 25-06 is stamped nef. hoping to get out this weekend to clean them up and test fire.

You have a lot of fun ahead of you ... some really good calibers there. Are you going to hunt with them?

my son got his antelope last year with a 280 barrel and the year before with the 223 barrel. i havn't decided what to use this year yet, nor has he. we did get a lot of prairie dogs with a handi 17hmr last year too. So yea they hunt.
