Kershaw customer service ?

I am wondering if any one has had any problems with Kershaw customer service.  I dropped my kershaw knife on the ground and it chipped the tip off the blade. now that it  has a square tip, I'm wondering if I send it back,  do you think they would replace it.   Look forward to anyones response.

Don't know about their service I'm sure they have a toll free number.  I regrind points all the time for people with buck, gerber and the like for 5.00 you pay S/H.  I'd ask them first they might replace it.  you can contact me at rdjamieson@aol.com
