Help me out here

Who in the Arlington/Bedford, or close area, shoots a Contender. Everywhere I've read, the old Contender barrels are suppose to fit the G2 frame. I got a barrel off the internet, looks great, but its an older barrel, and won't lock up to the frame. Anybody want to do me a favor and meet with me somewhere to see if your barrel will fit this frame or do I have a lemon frame.

There is some mod that T/C can do to make your barrel work.  Since the G2 frames are billed as working with the old barrels, my bet is that T/C will modify your barrel free of charge if you nudge them a bit.

I had that problem, had to get the locking lugs changed.

Had the same problem some years back with a couple of used barrels that I bought at a gun shop. Called T/C and they sent me a couple of new slightly udersized locking lugs. Problem solved, no more problem. There service has always been top notch. Hope they stay the same under new owners.
