Mmmm,,,Halliburton to Move Corporate to Dubai

After being on the brink of bankcoruptcy, having multi billion dollar accounting fiasco in Iracq, performing large contracts with evil axis state Iran (thought that was against the law); they now want to become an IBC and locate corporate headquarters in Dubai. They also are slated to be a buyer of Dubai Ports at the same time.  Just when you think it couldn't get any stranger.

Most other companies are moving out or partially out of the U.S. too,
Not surprised that they would too...
