Just got a new Ruger Single Six and shot my first 6 rounds today. I think I'm going to really like this pistol! Only took six rounds to get it semi sighted in, but I think I'm falling in love!
Haven't tried the 22 magnum cylinder yet, but it it is even close to the 22 LR in terms of accuracy I may even like this pistol better than my S&W 44 Classic.

PS: Any suggestions on a cross draw holster for a Single Six with a 4 5/8" barrel at a reasonable price? The holsters that Ruger sells (on line) don't seem to be made for the 4 5/8" barrel. I know that it will fit into a holster for a longer barrel, but hoping to get one that fits just right.
