hi fellows just wondering has the classifieds been done a way with ?

Nope, just can't buy, sell or trade guns and ammo on them now. Soon we hope to fix that. The current plan is to set up a NEW classifieds on the old Graybeardoutdoors.com site and put a link to that on each classifieds forum and perhaps other places around the site. A little inconvenient but it will give you an option to still sell them from here even if not on here.

GB, mind telling us what happened that caused you to put a stop to selling whole guns and loaded ammo on this site?  And what is this message "Be sure to update your bookmarks to our new URL" all about?  I still  log on using the same bookmark that I've been using all along.
Is there some connection between this new URL and the new classifieds rules?

1) The reason the URL you have been using still works is becuase I have set a auto-redirect system up to send you to the right place if you come in from an old link.

2) If you would bother reading the moderators forum now and then you might not have to ask this question.

Well Matt, actually I did read the Moderators Forum but I'm not all that computer savvy and it sounded to me like only links within the site were automatically rerouted for one thing.  For another thing, it did not make sense to me that you would still have the message telling us to update our bookmarks if you had already taken care of it at your end.  Do you see where my confusion came from? 

But seeing how Quickdtoo was kind enough to direct me to a link that filled me in a little on what has been going on in your world I can understand your oversight in not removing that message and also your ill response to my inquiry. 

p.s.; I truly hope that your troubles are resolved soon.

Not to be short with you but yes actually I do mind. We're really not going to be explaining anymore than we already have regarding the matter, at least we have no current plans to do so. Since we honestly do not know "who" is behind our problems trying to blame it on anyone or anyone company or person serves no purpose and further explanations will only further confuse the matter. Someone or some agency with tremendous clout is not happy with me, Matt or us and is making life tough for us for now.
