encore SUPER 209x45????

understand the rest of it 209x45....
what was the super designator?
its written on the bbl after encore and before 209x45...
please advise, I'm new to muzzys

I had one, sold it last year. The Super name just means the rifle will handle 150 grains of powder, either 3 pellets or 120 grains of loose powder (150 gr. equivilent) for a maximum load.  You shouldn't need that much powder in the .45 cal.  I didn't want to go the sabot route with .40 cal. bullets and the barrel wouldn't shoot conicals with any accuracy, so I sold it. Mine had the 1:20 twist.  Good luck with yours! ;)

toytruck is right, I had one also and I never shot over 90 gr. of loose triple 7 in it.

thanks toytruck and redhawk, that makes sense, I have since seen 2 more 45x209 and they also say super in front of the cal, now the fog clears, much apprec. Raymond
