Did Ruger ever come out with 450/400 in the No #1?? I noticed Hornady started to make ammo for it?

It's to be a new chambering in the Tropical model this year.  I don't believe they've been shipped yet.  i don't see them staying in the line-up for too many years.

Nope. It' didn't make the printing. However...

Guns & Ammo: Ruger’s No. 1 platform now includes a Tropical Rifle variant in .450/400 Nitro Express as well as a Medium Sporter version in a cult favorite Euro metric: the 9.3x74R.

have also seen other writings on it as well.  Just give Ruger a call and inquire about it's production?

It is an awesome looking cartridge both visually and on paper.
