Assembly procedure anyone?
« on: March 22, 2007, 04:21:54 PM »
At the range today and rifle quit firing, with three rounds left.  Looked, and the transfer bar had come off and was down in the action.  Took the pins out and pulled the parts out.  Think the pin that the transfer bar pivots on was not peened and the pin came out somehow.   Need to put it back together and wondered if anyone has a step by step reassembly procedure.  Could fingure it out by visualizing the operation and the parts diagram, but figure it would be easier if someone had it already written down.  Thanks

R&R trigger group instructions are in the FAQs and Help sticky, here's a direct link to Perklo's instructions which show the most detail on the lifter and striker(t-bar).

Thanks, tried downloading the procedure, but with my dial-up and poor quality phone lines out here in the boonies, could never get a completed download.   Finally, after about two hours of study/trial and error, I got it together last night.  Probably take about 15 min. now.
