I can't reach anyone at the number you posted for Mr. Tolars ranch. Is there a particular time of day when he can be reached? So far, no answer when I call during the day.

I have a guy that is going to supply me with some snares for coyotes on our lease. Are you using a scent bait or anything like that?

I am not using any attractant but am using rubber gloves and dirt scent on the traps and immediate area i have found where they are goig under the fence by diggingand set my snar up and opened up a little bigger than a coyotes head i also created a natural funnelwhere they have to go through the snare rather than around the nsare
example I took to small logs layed them horizontal with the hoe in the fence covered with sticks and leaves that way the coyote cannot go around i looked for hair on the fence to find the most active areas where they are going under the fence they cat jump over it so i know they are going under and boy those snares work!!! very quick death no sign of struggle as the more they resist it kocks them out quick good luck

Howie. Unfortunately on this particular lease there isn't much of a fence left anymore. What I have been looking for is tracks and scat. There are some bobcats there as well, and I would like to snare of of them too.
