Need a Contact at Lyman

I have an old Lyman 45266 4 cavity mold that I'm trying to rehabilitate. It needs new alignment pins. I called Lyman customer service to order the pins, but the customer service person said they don't have a part number for them, they don't sell them. I suggested that there must be some way to get hold of them. She said they only have enough pins for the molds they make??? I said "you didn't just say that did you? She hung up on me.

So does anyone have a contact at Lyman that might be able to help me?

And yes, I know I can send the mold back to Lyman and have new pins installed and reset, but I'm perfectly capable of installing new pins if I can get hold of them.

get used to it. your customer service experiences with lyman will go down hill from here on. I dont think i ever had a good one with them.

Customer Service at Lyman? Now that's an oxymoron for ya.

It's been way too long since I contacted them and even then it was just their writer's POC and I think he has since retired. I got fair service thru him especially on items he had sent me for a review but calling their custom service never got me anything but frustration.

You might try again and hope you get a different person. If not ask to speak to a supervisor. No promise that will help but it's the best I can do.
