Remington .457 300 Grain Bullets?
« on: April 02, 2007, 05:08:38 PM »
Has anyone out there tried Remington (or other brand) .457 or .458 bullets in a 50 caliber ML?

I bought a box of 500 Remington .457 300 grain semi-jacketed hollow points many years ago for use in a 45-70, and still have about half of them.

I see that MMP makes an "orange" sabot for .457/.458 bullets, but don't know anyone who has tried it.
