Monitor Question...

Currently I'm using a standard CRT Dell monitor on this computor and windows XP. I have two black marigins about 1+" left and right sides of the image on the monitor. I would like to expand the image to fit the entire width of the monitor...the monitor has no controls of its own. Where can I find utilities to adjust the image to fit the full screen of the monitor..?

Google that monitor model number and include control in the search, see if you get any hits. You might also go to  Dell support and see if they have a download that applies. The monitor could also have a hidden panel, I've never seen a monitor with no controls at all, but there's always an exception, I guess.

Dell also has a searchable forum, you can just about bet that someone else has had the same question, if not, register and ask, the techs will answer if they know.
