My wife and I created this Bunny Cake  for our two prospective adopted Grand childrern. Hopeing the lord will grant our wishes.

Don't forget where you hide all thoses eggs.  They don't smell so good after being hidden for a couple weeks before they are found ;D

Best of luck and a Happy and Joyous Easter to you you and your family Fred. I hope those 2 children soon become part of your family. I am listening to Anne Murray, the "Canadian Songbird" right now, she is singing her collection of old hymns on her album entitled "What a Wonderful World". She has the smoothest and most relaxing voice I have ever heard and has been a favorite of mine for years. Her singing these hymns and songs really get me in the Easter mood.....<><....  ;D

Well we have snow outside and the temp is 15.8F. But the egg hunt will be inside I think?



Thanks for all the good wishes, yes my knee is healing well, but still have lots of pain. Though it isgetting a little better every day.

The adoption is a long drawn out process, so there wont be and grand children in the Easter Basket.

Yea Fred you got to love the weather around here this time of year, as a transplant (though its been over 10 years now) it took a while to get use to. Then this year I was able to put a name to it springter because there is no spring in Calgary just some really nice days mixed into crappy days.

Hope it works out with the kids, the world is a rough place and kids can always use another couple of people to care about them.


PS. my guys were looking for their eggs in piles of new laminate flooring, paint and drywall dust I have never worked so hard on a week off, the works not even done yet but I am sure glad to be back at my day job so I can get some rest :)
