What are some of the better scope rings to withstand slug gun recoil?
RIP Mike. Died on July 14th, around 2am, with his family at his side, he went peacefully to be with god.

Don't know, I've never had a problem with any rings on my slug guns.  Off the top of my head I can't even remember what rings are on any of my slug guns.  I've had two scopes fail on slug guns but it had nothing to do with the rings.

I use Burris Signature Rings almost exclusively for all applications.

Me too, they are my favorite!! But I have used a few others that came on rifles/scopes that I've bought. Lapped Leupold PRWs and QRW's are great rings, but only if lapped with the proper tool. Using Burris Signature rings has spoiled me, never having to worry about ring marks and the potential damage they can cause is worth the little extra the Burris cost. ;)
