Handi's With A Peep Sight Question

Hello members:  For those of you who have installed a Williams Peep Sight on a Handi, can you tell me whether you had to go with a higher front sight in order to get it sighted-in?  Thanks in advance.

I put one on my 45/70 and 44mag. I did not have to change either. I have them sighted at 100.
