I just got off the phone with Matt. I pushed him until I got a reasonably firm date for restoration of firearms sales and we also hassled out the mechanics of it. He feels he can have it restored likely by this coming weekend. And rather than doing as we had been discussing and moving them to the other domain we own we'll restore them to the exact same forums they were in before.
There will be a small form you must sign electronically with absolutely minimal info requested where you will agree to abide by all local, state and federal laws and agree to my standard policy of Firearms Shipments will be FFL to FFL and/or face to face in state when and where legal.
At that point we'll have our legal butts covered and firearms sales will resume and you won't even need to put the statement in your ads cuz you'll have agreed via electronic signature to obey and follow the rules thus covering all bases I need covered.
It's been a bit of a hassle for us to work out the details we needed to work out but we have and it will all still be free just as in the past. We're not trying to make any money from you on it. He will be adding a note to that effect to the global announcements tonight.
