Problems with .35 Whelen barrels?
«

I called NEF to ask about getting a .35 Whelen barrel fitted and they said they were discontinued because they wouldn't fire the remington factory loads correctly. Has anyone heard about this? Anyone got a fix?

There are several threads on it, it's true. Handloaders don't have too much of a problem, but Rem factory ammo didn't work out well at all.
