H&R Email address

Just sent an email to H&R using the address in the FAQ and got this reply:

"Your message to: hr1871@hr1871.com was blocked by our Spam Firewall. The email you sent with the following subject has NOT BEEN DELIVERED:".

Is there another email address that is not blocked, or do they no longer accept emails?

News to me, I've sent em a bunch of emails, never had one returned, that is the correct address. Have you contacted them before from your current IP and email client?
