mosin nagant with PU/scope ?'s

Im looking real hard at a nice nagant with turned down bolt, PU scope and base. Im sure its reworked. I have been out of the surplus circuit for about three years and prices really have changed since. What should I expect to pay for this rifle? Any help would be appreciated.

If you have an 03FFL(curio and relic),you can get one of these from SOG for $339.
