I made up the load from a bunch of data from other calibers. I wanted something light, from powder I had on hand. I thought it was OK, but since I had never made up a load before, I was not sure if the gun would blow or if I would have a bullet stuck in the barrel. My first shot was with the gun sandbagged and a wire to the trigger. I shot it from 10 feet away. All was fine. It turned out the load was very light. It kicked about like a .410. The bad primers required multiple striikes to fire. I also had never used a revolver die before. I did not set it properly, since I was worried about it trying to crimp my non crimp groove bullets. The things would barely go into the chamber. My final group was about minute of hubcap.
Oh well, one out of two ain't bad,
mike
