I think it might be a Winchester 1400. I have one and like it very much. Seems people either like them or hate them. I have put quite a few rounds thru it shooting skeet without problems. I have heard that it may have ejection problems with very lite loads. I reload, and mine are moderate loads 1oz. at about 1100 fps. I believe Winchester stopped making this model in the late "80's". I like the simplicity of the gas system, easy to maintain. Don't let people tell you it is not a strong gun because of the aluminum reciever. The rotary bolt locking system is very strong. Enjoy it.
