Rossi 357 mag pistol
« on: April 02, 2006, 07:01:16 AM »
I was wondering if anyone has had one and if they liked.  Or if anyone has heard anything about them.  I am thinking about the short barreled one for a pack gun.

ive owned a couple of them  a few model 95 2 in , and a 972 357 6in, all have worked great, never a complaint , the grips are small on them if you have larger hands , and  replacement grips some what limited to find, but buck  for buck they work great ,

AMEN. I 've had my 4" barrel stainless Rossi 971 for about 15 years, it's never given me any problems, very decent trigger, and accurate too, best bang for the buck in a pack gun.

Late post. I picked one up for a song recently. The 972/6" version.

Super tight lockup, sweet trigger, good sights and nice rubber grips.

FYI,  the H.K.S. #10 speed loaders work perfectly.
