Bye-Bye, hate ta see ya go but we all have to do what we have to do. IT is EXACTLY the same as it has been since we went to this format. I changed for for a few days back when I got hit by the yo-yo that made the porn posts. At that time I wished it had been thirty minutes rather than the two minutes it is.

There should be few times when you need to post faster than that. IT is a flood interval to stop folks from dumping hundreds of posts in a row and shutting down the system.

If you can't live with it you'll just have to find a site where you can live with it. I doubt you'll find one with a much shorter allowed posting interval than two minutes however.

Well, "A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do..."

And honestly I don't pay $70 per month for high-speed two-way satellite access, and I don't use a 3 GHz 800 FSB CPU, and PC-3700 CAS-2 memory and a 533 MHz buss motherboard, and all the latest and greatest and fastest hardware so that I can sit here twiddling my thumbs for two or more minutes between each post.

I get a kick out of whiney-ass crybabies that don't have a life. Like the moderator said, hit the road, there are plenty of geek sites out there for ya. Most of my posts go thru in less than 30 seconds, and besides, no one's in such a hurry to read your posts anyway.

Sorry you feel so put out. If you would sit and think about what you want to say do a spell check it would take more then 2 minutes for each post. Sounds like you are the kind of person that you must have the latest and greatest toys and if something doesnt go your way you cry about it.

BTY we are not impressed by your computer system ANS what does this have to do with reloading??

As GB can testify, that 2 minutes can also give someone the time to go back and edit an unwanted comment from their reply. At least that's been my case.

Two minutes is not a life time. Especially after a day at work, I enjoy just sitting down and reading these posts.

Time to unwind!

What the hell is all that? This is an outdoor forum. If you can't "sit around" for two minutes, find a doctor and get some Adderol, or Paxil or Midol or a tranquilizer the size of a horse's ass, or something! If I want to hear someone bitch, I'll go talk to my wife......Geeeeez!

If you got to bitch about a 2 minute wait to post then you got problems. Does it make you feel important that you have to complain publically about it? Don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out. Go back to your own web site and start a forum if you don't like this one.

Steve you have some good info on your site that could help a lot of us out from time to time but only you know what's best for you. You would not be the first person with useful info to walk away and like all of us that use this site you should be able to voice likes and dislikes but on the other hand GB pays the bills and runs the show. His set up for the site and his rules I'm sure are for a reason. If you cant live by those then take your ball and bat and go home. I just got home from 12 hrs. of listening to my boss and some of my employees gripe and whine. Thats not what I came here for.
