So im thinking i heard before that its best to necksize the small hornet brass, Has anyone tried neck sized brass in your handi hornets and will it lead to having stuck cases?

Yes the less you work hornet brass the better ( in one of my loading manuals the author recommends only going halfway down the neck. Neck sizing and handis seem to be a hit and miss sort of thing. I have the dies for my k-hornet just coming up to the shoulder and  slightly sizing them. It's easy to check take the sized brass and if it sticks out at all, you will have a problem.

Though i'll be confirming this with some testing this weekend but you should be thinking about a lee crimp die, that too is supposed to make a big difference with hornet accuracy.
