last few years they've treated me right also.  Repaired one of their autoscales that I bought used (and told them so) that was damaged in shipment for no charge. Also one call and they sent me the screw on the bottom of an obsolete hollow point mould - again for no charge.  Both times not their fault and they still fixed it.  They must be taking lessons from RCBS.

yes, it is nice to see.  i know their reputation was been iffy and i expected to pay for the part, needless to say i was surprised.   but in fairness,  they did me right and i felt i should put that out there for others considering a purchase of their products.   information like this is the kind of stuff i look for before i deal with a company.   companies that stand behind their products always get my business when compared to those that dont back them.    many times that is what makes the difference between a sale or not.
