Accuracy results from my first handloads

165grn Nosler Solid Base Ballistic-tip Boattail
Remington new case only neck sized and chamferred/deburred
Federal #210m Bench Rest primer
H4350 @54.5grn
Cartrige overall length: 3.310"

Rifle: Tikka T3 Light Stainless LH 30-06 Sprg

Target distance 50 meters, about 54.5 yards (wasn't able to go out to 100 meters, about 109 yards, because it was a military base range and it wasn't cleared out to that distance during the weekdays).
My measurement from center left hole to center right hole is 3/16" which would be 3/8" at 100 meters. I know I still have some refining to do as there were problems with some of my other loads, but this is very promising.

Looks like you've got a keeper!  I'm sure you know that you have a good bit of room over your load with H4350. 
I use IMR4350 and for my 165gr load, I use 57grs @2800fps.  Can't tell you how many deer I've kilt with this load but its a bunch.

Yes this load was made with the Lee Classic Loader in 30-06Sprg. I used a Lyman 1000 beam scale. My workspace is in a tiny shed and my tables were wooden TV diner trays. So I can only imagine how much tighter I can get my groups once I've got a good sturdy table, Federal brass, work up loads in tenths of a grn from 54.1grn to 54.9grn 3 shots each in .1grn intervals, and get better at quality control in my entire reloading process. My immediate goal is to get my groups that size at 100yards, I firmly believe it can be done.

While you're still searching, moving forward in .1 grains can be a bit tedious as you have other factors involved: weather, wind, your mental state, etc that can affect your groups more than .1 grains of powder.  You might want to consider moving forward in .5's or even 1.0 grains --watching for pressure, of course-- until you reach another sweet spot and then try juggling your load forward and back in .1's.

Tha'ts how I got that load. By working in .5grn intervals, from minimum load to just under maximum load and started shooting with the midrange group. Then shot the next .5grn group up and then down, and followed the way the groups got smaller. Worked very quickly and I saved alot of the ammo I loaded, salvaged it, then reloaded it to my newfound target load.
