Since there has been some questions as to whether there are really enough folks from the Carolinas only to justify this one and it has been requested that folks from the Virginas also be allowed to use it we'll start off that way and see how it goes. So for now at least you can use it as a Mid Atlantic States Forum and if we need to either change that or the title later we can.
