Does anyone know if a non-resident can legally hunt hogs on private land in Louisiana without a hunting license?

Generally speaking nonresidents can't hunt anything anywhere without a license. I seriously doubt LA is any different.

I hate to say it but only residents can hog hunt down here without a license. It is easy to obtain a license on the net at www.ldwf.com
Where are you hunting? We killed some nice hogs in Venice this year.

Normally I hunt in Florida but we're going to be visiting some friends in LA and I just thought I'd ask about the license in case he had some hogs on his farm.
