I tested the hornet out on a few, the furthest kill was 150 steps. Had a hit at 250 steps, but it made it down its hole.

Nice shots. Looks like that gun of yours is a good shooter. What kind of groups do you get at 100yds?

Its shooting 5 shots into about the size of a 50 cent peice at 100 yards with once fired neck sized brass, they open up slightly with new brass

6x24x42 tasco varmint milldot, got it back in 01 and have had it on my 223 257 roberts and now on the hornet, works good but is a little cloudy about 16 power.

Awesome job inrut, thats what i like to see some good'ole woodchuck carnage. I hope to get out tomorrow or thursday of this week and hopefully ill have some more pics to post.

thanks,I havnt been able to go for a few days because of the weather, Im going out this morning but im going to sin a take the savage hmr
I will post some of my non h&r kills sometime on the varmint forum. good luck if you go out.
