in more ways than one. i just plain haven't been on in a while, rather I've been trying to find a special lady through various on-line places, like myspace.

I also haven't owned a handi in a while. I will be getting 12days leave coming july 18-29th. So i think i'll try to rid of the .223 Saiga and pick up a .223 handi instead. Finding the lady takes priority :) , but i intend to add at least one handi to my collection. Saiga is fun and all but i just like the single shots better, plus its saves on ammo :)

Good to see you back on line. Going in the 223 direction with a Handi is not a bad choice at all. And I am sure you will be happy with most any model 223 in one. But I highly suggest getting the Ultra model... You won't regret it bro.
Welcome back and my best to you in your endeavors be them shooting sports or other 8)

Well the 223 is a great round and you will not be disappointed in shooting it as it is pretty much the same one you have been shooting in the service. Welcome home and I hope you will arrive safe and happy in your home town. Now the woman thing. You seem to be an upstanding young man and don't rush it!!!!!!

Good to hear from you.  So did it turn out like "boy scouts with a contract and an M16"?  You learn some pretty cool stuff.

As for the woman...my parents met in the Army way back in 1965.  My Mom did 39 years in the Army, so I was around it for awhile.  I hope that you get some personal time in.  Kick back, sleep late, and don't make the bed.
