Parts for a Benjamin model 312?

I just dug out the old Benjamin model 312 that I grew up shooting.  My 6 year old will be getting her 1st BB gun soon, and I thought I would fix this one up to shoot with her!

I doesn't pump up properly.  I thought if it wasn't too hard to fix or too costly, I would try to get it goin' again. 

Anyone got any ideas?

Smokey, try a few drops of brake fluid on the seals of the piston they have probably dried out. Break fluid will soften them up an wont harm the gun.  Brad
