Scope for Remington model 7 in 260 Remington
« on: June 24, 2007, 03:53:54 AM »
This will be my first scoped rifle.  I will be scoping a Remington model 7 (old Model) in 260 Remington.  I am leaning towards a Bushnell 3200 2-7x32.  I have a Bushnell 3200 2-6 on a encore pistol and am happy with the scope.

I guess my question is does anyone else have a rifle set up like this.  I do wear glasses so is 3" of eye relief enough?

Any opinions welcome.

Thanks ski

Ski,

Take a look at the Leupold Ultralight 2.5X. It has 4.9" of eye relief. I think it was made for the model 7.
