RR Corn/RR soybean foodplot

The Round-Up Ready corn and soybean mix in the new Bio-Logic Bio-Maxx has done extremely well in my plots thus far, in fact, it's done better than I could have hoped for! After a very dry and parched start to the plot and then a record 8" of rain in only a couple of days and now right back to super dry 95 degree temps, this planting has been strained but yet is looking as good as the local farmers fields! Bio-Maxx has impressed me enough that I'll probably be running atleast one plot of it every season from now on.

That's one great looking plot! Nice work.  Any of those Illinois monsters been eating it yet?  I hunt Pike Co. every year with the muzzleloader. You have some great deer in your state.

My hat's off to you IL.  Sure is a good looking field of deer food.  You really hit the sweet spot of timing for planting this year.

I am looking forward to something similar from my 3 acres of plots.  As soon as the peas jump up, and before the deer decimate them, I'll post up some pics too.

How deep did you plant your seeds? I think that I put mine in too deep.Very little of it came up.Thanks for the pictures of what it should look like!
