Thats too bad, really a problem when a vehicle breaks down away from home. Did you go to the FTA convention RdFx? Ace

Just got home--9 P.M. tuesday. It wasn't the clutch--it was worse--my transmission gave up the ghost. These transmissions are no longer being built so I got a used one put in.They found one in Michigan and one in St.Paul.
I am now up and running again.

I had to put on 4 new tires on that trip.2 in Michigan 2 in Ohio.Tore up the steel belts on the inside. That's what you get when you put 3 tons on a 1 ton truck

It is not an easy thing.Especially if you are a smaller supply dealer, loading and unloading more weight than you know you should be hauling, then hours of set up--all by your lonesome.
Pack it up and do it again in a few days.
People tend not to believe you, when you say you make about 2 bucks an hour, but that is about tops for us smaller players.
A vehicle with almost 200,000  convention and trapping miles does not help your peace of mind either.
4 years ago,I slept in the back of my truck 43 nights doing conventions---rather I should say,I laid down in the back of my truck--sleep was another matter.

I know exactly what you mean. My wife and I used to do wholesale shows, anyone who thinks it's a gravy train let them have at it. I hope I never have to go back to doing shows.

I did a lot of art shows to help my wife sell here wildlife photography. One time in the beginning we did 22 shows in one season. They couldn't pay me enough to do that again, like has been said "its not fun like people think it is. I have to hand it to Boggy when he keeps plugging along and with such a large inventory to handle too. Ace
