I think they might have actually listened to the people. Calling the senate this morning was quite a chore the switchboard was overloaded. I got ahold of my senator Norm Coleman's office this afternoon and was informed that he voted against the bill. He narrowly won his election by an act of god after paul welfarestone was killed in a plane crash. I had called and emailed several times in the past that I would not support him in his next election.

 Maybe they listened!
99% of all Lawyers give the other 1% a bad name. What I find hilarious about this is they are such an arrogant bunch, that they all think they are in the 1%.

I wish that I had a pile of dead crows to mail the ones that voted for it, so they could have them for supper!

One thing's for sure, my memory won't be so bad that I will vote for any Dumbycrat.  With few exceptions, even a squishy Republican is a hundred times better than a socialist, non-constitution believing, lying, tax increasing liberal.  It's a real shame that that's what it comes down to, but we have to live with reality.

TM7, when I said we have to live with reality, that reality is that we are either going to have a Republican, or God forbid, a Dumbycrat (socialist) for President.  Maybe someday someone will come along who would be a truly viable third party candidate and who might be able to overcome the fanancial hurdles, the media, the mudslingers, assassins and so on, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
