Hodgdon lists a starting load with that powder and bullet of 27.2 grains, and a maximum load of 28.0 grains. H110 is a powder that is very sensitive to loading density and pressure and should not be loaded below the listed starting load. Keep in mind that while the M94 is a rifle, it is not immune to problems from loading to excessive pressures. My 15 yrear old Trapper in .45LC has digested a lot of max loads over the years, but hyper velocities are not needed for any reasonable use. Do not exceed the loads listed.
