I need Trap help
« on: July 11, 2007, 04:21:44 PM »
I have 12 1 1/2 duke coils. I took them a part and I welded bottom of them to make them stronger and then i welded the  inside the trap right under pan and also welded under the pan to also make it stronger, in the end i think it was big waste of time, but i did it anyway because I'm still young dumb kid. I started putting the traps back togather and jaws are worng, their not level, one higher and other is  lower. I dont know what to do, i tryed bending jaw hooks up, but nothing worked.

Please help me. ???

Andy, go through and match up jaws that are even,a pair of matching heigth jaws and viola, you have a trap.
You have just learned a major lesson---don't pull the jaws out.
