Just got the following back from Coyote Cap:
The 87's are not on hold, as they are not manufactured by Norinco, and therefor not subject to these sanctions on Norinco. They will be brought in under a new exporter and named accordingly as the actual manufacturer and will be called "Classic Cowboy 87's".
