Great service
« on: July 21, 2007, 02:44:19 AM »
RUGER and Ruger SERVICE has been the souce of several comments over the years - Last week I needed a part for my Ruger 44 MAG carbine - it was one of the orginal first several hundred made so parts are scarce and not always as in the parts diagram. I called Ruger and the women who answered the was both knowledgeable and helpful. She found the scarce part and got it right out to me. Could not have been a better transaction. KUDO's to the new Ruger - sorry Bill.

I lost a small spring and part off my gp-100 (I think it went down my sink drain) when field stripping it.  I called Ruger to buy the part and they sent me 2 for free.  When I got the part, I replaced it only to find out that I order the wrong part.  So, I called Ruger again and they sent me 2 of the correct parts for free!!!

I really don't know what more you can ask from a company.  I've got 4 Rugers (m77 bolt, revolver, mkII target pistol and 10/22) and I'm a satisifed customer.
