I got my Smith ladder sight today, nothing to installing it. Going to range tomorrow morning and see if I can hit anything. Really a nice looking part. Looks like the only vertical changes you can make are adding shims or milling off the bottom. Shims are easy but milling is more difficult. There is some adjustment in Buckhorn just sliding adjustment bar back an forth. I hope that is enough. Got some lovely loads 29grs of H4198 with Meister 405gr Cast bullet. Should shoot really well around 1300 to 1350fps and really an accurate round. I have been playing with this round for quite a while and it doesn't hardly recoil. Taking my chronograph with me, so I can get some accurate data.
