BADLANDS BACKPACKS
« on: June 18, 2007, 03:06:43 AM »
FOLKS ,
Does anyone use a BADLANDS SUPER DAY or ULTRA DAY backpack ? I know they are pricey ,but they have a NO BS warranty & look pretty good. Of course seeing something on the web & actually using it are 2 different things. So if you have any feedback on these packs please let me know.

I've never heard of them.  For the same money you can get one of the top of the line backpacking packs such as Osprey, Gregory or Arc'terex.

Howdy guys,

I'm a frequent reaader on 24hr campfire -there are many serious backpack hunters there ,guys that pack into the yukon for 10-12 days.
Anyway the badlands packs are highly spoke of ,try sage creek outfitters for good prices and service.
Badlands are for the guy who goes in w/the essentials and comes out w/a trophy buck on his back..
Remember you get what you pay for ,a badlands will last you a lifetime -break the seemingly high price down over 20 yrs you'll feel much better about the price then..Mike
