It's a custom stock.
1) No Ruger's been issued with wood that good, since the early #1's from 1968-1973.
2) The Model 96's have only been issued with the peanut butter hardwood stock w/forend barrelband, ala 10/22 Carbine.
3) When Ruger does do a full-length stock, ala RSI/Internationals, the forward sling swivel is not an Uncle Mike's Q.D. - In fact they're not Q.D. at all, they're a wrap-around stirrup-type bar, anchored at both sides of the forend with the sling threaded through it.
